The State of New Hampshire Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services (DMAVS) has issued Request for Bid (RFB-DMAVS-2026-07) to procure comprehensive overhead crane inspection and preventative maintenance services across five National Guard facilities. The procurement seeks qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to inspect, test, adjust, and maintain 13 overhead cranes (ranging from 1 to 15 tons in capacity) located at facilities in Concord, Littleton, Hooksett, and Rochester. The contract term commences upon Governor and Council approval for three years with two optional one-year extensions at the State's sole discretion, and minor repairs conducted during maintenance and testing are included in the contract scope, while major repairs require separate written quotations with a maximum 10 percent markup on parts. The bid closing date is May 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST, with an optional, non-mandatory site visit and bidders' conference scheduled for April 22, 2026, in Concord; the final day for submitting questions is April 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST, with state responses posted by May 6, 2026. Award will be made to the vendor meeting established criteria and providing the lowest cost based on a base contract price with a $35,000 allowance for unforeseen conditions, with bid prices remaining firm for the entire contract period and quoted in US dollars with F.O.B.
