About this opportunity
The City of Philadelphia is requesting quotes on medical chart dividers as a micro purchase with bids due July 9, 2026, structured as a requirements contract through June 30, 2027 with three optional one-year renewals.
The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must quote all line items to be eligible for award and may not deliver or provide services until officially notified by the department.
All vendors must submit an executed Consent and Authorization Agreement through the PHLContracts.phila.gov eProcurement platform prior to bid closing; failure to do so will render quotes non-responsive. Vendors must complete all required sections within PHLContracts (General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, Summary), answer all mandatory questions, enter unit costs for each item, and accept the stated terms and conditions. An LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form is available for voluntary submission to self-identify business ownership, NGLCC or Independence Business Alliance (IBA) certification status, and other third-party certifications such as MBE, WBE, DSBE, or DBE designations. The Local Business Entity (LBE) certification question must be answered to proceed, though the LBE Program does not apply to this Small Order Purchase. The City retains discretionary authority to utilize LGBTQ applicant data for other projects and to make it publicly available.
Pricing will be determined through competitive bidding on a lowest-cost basis among responsive and responsible vendors. No specific contract value, incumbent, or evaluation criteria beyond responsiveness and responsibility are identified in the source materials.
