All goods must comply with FDA and USDA standards, include proper Country of Origin labeling, and maintain a minimum six-month shelf life before the best-use-by date. The first delivery is due within 30 days of order receipt; subsequent full truckloads are due 30 to 45 days apart. Receiving at the Salem distribution center operates Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pacific.

Pricing must be FOB Destination and include all transportation, fuel surcharges, and delivery charges with no additional packing or packaging charges permitted. The historical cost was $31.74 per case as of July 2026 under the previous awardee, JNS Foods.
