About this opportunity
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for MacBook computers, webcams, and surge protectors as a micro purchase under requirements contract B2727830, with quotes due August 28, 2026. Award will be made as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's interests, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award consideration.
This is a requirements-based purchase with a maximum contract value of $45,000, adjusted annually by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) from January 1, 2020, rounded to the nearest thousand dollars. The contract term is 365 days from the effective date in PHLContracts, with automatic termination at end of term. No delivery or services shall commence until the seller receives official purchase-order notification from the department.
All pricing must be quoted FOB Destination Point, net and exclusive of taxes (the City is exempt from federal excise, transportation, and Pennsylvania Sales and Use taxes). Payment is made via electronic deposit following delivery and City approval.
Sellers must submit quotes electronically through www.PHLContracts.phila.gov and must have an executed Consent & Authorization form on file in their vendor profile; quotes submitted without this documentation will be deemed non-responsive. Quotes remain valid for 60 days from submission or throughout the contract term. Sellers must maintain workers' compensation insurance at statutory limits, general liability insurance with a minimum of $500,000 per occurrence, and automobile liability insurance at $300,000 per occurrence. All sellers must certify they are not delinquent on taxes owed to the City and must comply with applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination and ethics requirements.
The City of Philadelphia encourages but does not require LGBTQ Applicant Data Form submission as part of its diversity, equity, and inclusion procurement strategy.
