About this file
This is a Seller Checklist for Small Order Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform for a micro purchase of MacBook computers, webcams, and surge protectors. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interests, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award consideration. No delivery or services shall commence until notification is received from the department. This is a requirements-based purchase governed by the Terms and Conditions Part B for Requirements Contracts.
The checklist outlines the submission requirements for interested sellers, including verification of seller role, Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status (though not applicable to small order purchases), unit cost entries for each item, completion of mandatory questions, acceptance of terms and conditions, and submission of required attachments. All sellers must have an executed Consent & Authorization form on file in their vendor profile; quotes will not be considered without this documentation. Sellers are also encouraged to submit the optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. The submission process requires sellers to review and address all validation warnings before final submission through www.PHLContracts.phila.gov.
