Contract duration is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion required by February 23, 2027 and anticipated award November 2, 2026.

Performance and labor/material payment bonds in the amount of 100% of contract price are required if the bid equals or exceeds $150,000. Minimum insurance requirements include $1 million general liability and auto liability. Liquidated damages are $298.61 per day. Davis-Bacon wage requirements and Colorado Department of Transportation standard specifications apply.
