About this opportunity
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid for the supply and installation of 32 LiftMaster photo eye equipment sets across 32 doors. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing LiftMaster CPS-UM4 Nema 4 photo eye kits with brackets, assembly, mounting, wiring, alignment, and safety sensor testing, along with 50 feet of two-conductor wiring per door and use of a scissors lift, with an estimated completion timeline of 3-4 days. All equipment must be new, current model year, and not used, rebuilt, refurbished, or previously used as demonstration equipment, with comprehensive general liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, plus workers' compensation insurance as required by New Hampshire RSA Chapter 281-A. The successful vendor must deliver and install all items within 45 business days from contract award to the delivery location of 33 Smokey Bear Boulevard, Concord, New Hampshire 03301, and provide a warranty for not less than one year or the manufacturer's standard period, whichever is greater, covering 100 percent of all parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses. The bid closing date is March 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time; questions must be submitted by March 18, 2026, with the State's responses due by March 20, 2026; site visits are available upon request and must be coordinated with Stephen Lewis. The award will be made to the responsible vendor submitting a conforming bid meeting specifications at the lowest cost, with all pricing inclusive of delivery and other costs with no special charges, surcharges, or fuel charges to be added later, and payment made via ACH within 30 days after invoice receipt or item acceptance, whichever is later.
There are no specific set-aside designations or disadvantaged enterprise restrictions noted in this procurement. Vendors must be registered with the New Hampshire Bureau of Purchase and Property and, if applicable, with the New Hampshire Secretary of State, and all employees who will be on-site may be subject to background check requirements, with all associated costs borne by the vendor. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the solicitation, nor are there specific infrastructure or technology integration requirements detailed. The bid solicitation does not include a listed budget range or award value, indicating that the contract award will be determined solely on the basis of the lowest conforming bid price submitted by qualified vendors.
