Deliverables include provision of specified equipment such as a Hoffman 4-post open rack, two APC Smart-UPS units, two Tripplite PDUs, and StarTech rack shelves, with all work to be completed and invoiced within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Sealed electronic bids are due by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, submitted through the City's Procurement Portal; written questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026, with answers provided via addendum by May 4, 2026. Award will be based on the lowest and best total net bid from a responsible and responsive vendor, with City Council approval tentatively scheduled for May 19, 2026, and prompt payment discounts to be considered in bid evaluation.

Bidders must register with the Kansas Secretary of State's Office before contract execution.
