About this opportunity

The state of Georgia, through Fulton County, is seeking proposals for a comprehensive historic resources survey. The selected vendor will be required to conduct a survey of an estimated 1,200 historic buildings, structures, and sites constructed before 1950 within the City of South Fulton. The vendor must have a thorough knowledge of American architectural history, demonstrated experience in researching and describing historic resources, and familiarity with identifying and evaluating Georgia's historic resources. Proposals will be evaluated based on the qualifications of the firm and project team, the proposed approach and understanding of the scope, past performance, and the proposed price. The initial contract term is for one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year renewal terms. Proposals are due on September 5, 2024 by 3:00 PM ET, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on August 14, 2024.

The RFP does not indicate any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The RFP also does not provide information on any incumbent vendors or current contractors, or any existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The RFP does not specify a budget range or possible award value for this contract opportunity.
