The question period runs through March 30, 2026, with Intent to Bid and final proposal submissions due April 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT, and the tentative award date is May 20, 2026.

The procurement is not designated as a set-aside for disadvantaged enterprises, though respondents must complete MWBE utilization plans identifying any minority or women-owned business enterprise subcontractors and their percentage participation. The prior awardee was Stohl Environmental under contract RFP 23-0624E2-077. Respondents must comply with New York State prevailing wage requirements and submit comprehensive documentation including non-collusive bidding certifications, workers' compensation and public liability insurance with minimum limits of $500,000 per person and $1,000,000 per accident, Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Information Reports, and debarment certifications. Response surety in the form of a certified check at five percent of bid value or a bid bond at twenty-five percent is required for proposals exceeding $100,000, and performance bonds at one hundred percent of contract value may be required upon award. The initial contract term runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with five potential one-year extensions extending the maximum term through June 30, 2032, and the current year award amount is $160,000.00.
