The scope covers 13 generators distributed across the facility: nine 50 kW Kohler SOROZJ81 units (120/208 three-phase), two 20–25 kW Kohler single-phase units, and two larger 135–150 kW units (one Kohler 135ROZJ and one Generac 12236260100). All are diesel-powered with automatic transfer switches. Respondents must disclose their Texas Identification Number, DUNS number, Federal Employer Identification Number, and SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier; certify debarment and suspension status, E-Verify compliance, child support obligations, and franchise tax status; and disclose any artificial intelligence systems used in bid preparation. Binding offers remain firm for 240 days from submission. Bidders must provide references demonstrating prior experience with similar generator maintenance and repair work (Exhibit D).
Bids may be submitted through the HHS Online Bid Room (an optional electronic portal requiring multi-step IAMOnline registration) or by other methods specified in the solicitation package.
