The project will be funded through a Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant (LMIG) and local funds, though specific budget ranges were not explicitly detailed in the procurement documents. The City of Offerman reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process. While no specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises were mentioned, the procurement appears open to qualified contractors meeting the specified requirements.
