Valmont Industries, Inc. has provided a quote for the tower, which includes hot-dipped galvanized sections, safety climb devices, lightning rods, and a waveguide ladder. The project requires compliance with multiple federal and state regulations, including FHWA-funded project provisions, Connecticut Department of Labor standards, and non-discrimination requirements. Potential bidders must submit various compliance documents, including a non-collusion affidavit and conflict of interest statement.
