The scope encompasses complete removal of the existing roof and installation of a two-ply hybrid roof system with a 30-year warranty, plus demolition and replacement of the existing HVAC system with rooftop packaged units, ductwork, controls, and associated mechanical and electrical work. Bidders must obtain all required permits and certifications. Chapman Technical Group is the project architect.

Contractors must designate a primary contract manager available during normal business hours and comply with facility security protocols.
