The initial contract term is one year with potential for four successive one-year renewals, and pricing must be submitted on Exhibit D Pricing Page including unit prices for preventative maintenance labor, hourly rates for corrective maintenance labor categorized by regular, overtime, holiday, and emergency hours, and a percentage markup on parts and equipment.
This solicitation does not specify set-aside designations or restrictions limiting eligibility to disadvantaged enterprises or particular organizational types; no incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available documentation.
