About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Office of Policy Planning, is pursuing a single source procurement for the EcoInteractive Project Tracker, a specialized software platform designed to manage Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) program documents. The procurement seeks to implement a centralized collaborative system that will enable workflow management for critical transportation planning documents, including Long-Range Transportation Plans, Transportation Improvement Plans, and Unified Planning Working Plans. The project will facilitate interactions between FDOT, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and Federal Transit Administration (FTA), with specific requirements for complex workflow management, data processing, and regulatory compliance. The procurement is specifically targeting EcoInteractive, LLC as the sole vendor, with a contract term of one year. Key submission details require vendor information to be received by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on January 2, 2025, with submissions accepted via specified email or mailing addresses. The project aims to create a robust digital platform that streamlines document approval, collaboration, and archival processes for transportation planning entities.
The procurement appears to be exclusively targeting EcoInteractive, LLC, with no explicit set-aside designations or alternative vendor opportunities mentioned. The contract is specifically structured as a single source procurement, with EcoInteractive identified as the sole developer and owner of the Project Tracker software, and no alternative resellers available. The estimated contract value is $435,200.00, covering the implementation and use of the specialized software platform. No specific disadvantaged enterprise requirements or integration constraints with existing infrastructure are explicitly detailed in the documentation. The procurement is geographically focused on Leon County, Florida, and involves the state-level Department of Transportation. The single source justification emphasizes EcoInteractive's unique capability to meet FDOT's specific performance requirements, complex workflow needs, and regulatory compliance standards across multiple transportation planning agencies.
