About this file
This is a Single Source Purchase Description (PUR 7776) from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for EcoInteractive Project Tracker software implementation. The procurement seeks to implement workflows on the ProjectTracker platform to support FDOT's approval and archival of Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) program documents. The contract term is for one year, with a posting date of December 10, 2024, and last day for receipt of information on January 2, 2025. The project will create a centralized platform enabling collaboration between FDOT, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for managing MPO plans, including Long-Range Transportation Plans, Transportation Improvement Plans, and Unified Planning Working Plans.
The estimated contract value is $435,200.00, with EcoInteractive, LLC identified as the intended sole source vendor. The justification for the single source acquisition states that EcoInteractive's Project Tracker software meets FDOT performance requirements and can handle complex workflows, data requirements, and regulatory compliance specific to FDOT, FAA, FTA, and MPOs. EcoInteractive, LLC is noted as the sole developer and owner of the Project Tracker software, with no other resellers available.
