Contractors performing construction work valued at $50,000 or more must register with and participate in E-Verify. Bid prices must be comprehensive and firm for 60 days from submission. All removed materials and debris must be disposed of by the contractor; no storage on interior or deck surfaces is permitted. The contractor bears full responsibility for delivery, storage, damage claims, site inspections, final inspection and operational demonstration, work site damage repairs, and debris removal. DCR reserves the right to place additional orders within 90 days of award at original unit prices, with aggregate additional orders not to exceed 100 percent of the originally stated quantity.
