All products must meet original manufacturer specifications.
Mandatory qualifications include two years of experience in CHE sustainment services; manufacturer certification as an authorized channel partner, certified reseller, or support provider; proof that all personnel have completed manufacturer-required training and obtained necessary certifications; and demonstrated ability to provide sustainment services while incorporating existing PSAP maintenance and support relationships. Personnel must hold manufacturer certifications; project managers must demonstrate project management skills and technical background. Subcontracting is permitted up to 49 percent of services, with subcontracting plans required.
The contract term is two years initial with a one-year renewal option. Contractors must maintain minimum wage of $15.00 per hour (adjusted annually by Consumer Price Index) and comprehensive insurance including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability ($500,000 per person / $2,000,000 per occurrence), Professional Liability ($2,000,000), Cyber Liability ($3,000,000), Completed Operations ($2,000,000), and Comprehensive Crime Insurance ($5,000,000).
