About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has issued an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for the procurement of a Bridge Health Dashboard application. The dashboard will be built on FDOT's GIS platform and will provide a centralized system to monitor data from various bridge instrumentation systems across the state, including cameras, sensors for cathodic protection, galvanic protection, scour, water level, acoustics, strain, movement, moisture, and bridge pile monitoring. The dashboard must integrate with FDOT's existing ArcGIS Enterprise and GeoEvent Server environments and align with the agency's standards and requirements. Vendors must provide a technical reply within a 10-page limit, as well as a separate confidential document for any information they deem exempt from public disclosure. Proposals are due by October 19, 2023, and the contract term is anticipated to be from the date of execution through June 30, 2025, with potential renewal options. The contract award will be based on the responsive and responsible vendor who provides the best value to the state, with evaluation criteria including the Preliminary Price Reply, Technical Proposal, and Oral Presentations.
This contract opportunity is open to all vendors registered in the State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. FDOT is not willing to waive the bid bond requirement or alter the standard contract terms. The anticipated contract value is $1 million, and the contract will be subject to a 0.7% MFMP Transaction Fee.
