Major line items total approximately 1,731 square yards of full-depth patching on county roads, 22,950 square yards of 1.5-inch milling, and over 4,800 tons of various asphalt materials. Contract completion is required by June 1, 2027 for SCDOT roads and September 30, 2027 for County roads, with liquidated damages of $1,200 per day for delays. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM via Teams. Bidders must submit a 5 percent bid bond and successful bidders must provide 100 percent Performance and Payment Bonds.
