For extension years, pricing adjustments will be evaluated using the Consumer Price Index (Chicago All Items category) as a reference for reasonableness, though CPI changes will not be applied automatically. Pricing must be submitted on a provided Excel sheet and include all labor, markups, and charges with no hidden costs. MTS is exempt from Wisconsin Sales Tax and Federal Excise Tax. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Milwaukee County and Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc. as additional insureds, with Commercial General Liability at $2 million general aggregate and Automobile Liability at $1 million combined single limit. Bids submitted through Bonfire must conform strictly to specifications; alternate bids or deviations will be rejected. Only one bid per vendor is permitted.
