Vendors should not submit bids for this solicitation.

The original procurement sought a comprehensive surveillance system comprising 30 recorders (18TB), 30 POE switches (WVOT-approved), 30 analytics kits, 50 fisheye cameras, 30 remote client viewing software licenses, 50 mini dome indoor cameras (2.4MM 5MP), 30 data cable and installation material packages, 100 camera license keys, 50 outdoor bullet infrared cameras (6MP H6A with 4.4-9.3mm lens), and labor for indoor and outdoor installation plus hourly system maintenance. The original ARFQ was issued August 25, 2026, with technical questions due September 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM and bids originally due September 8, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Addendum 1 (posted September 4) extended the bid due date to September 17, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Addendum 2 (posted September 15) supersedes all prior versions and cancels the entire solicitation.
