About this opportunity

The Georgia Department of Administrative Services cancelled its Request for Proposals for an Accountability Court Case Management System (SPD0000189) on February 16, 2021, due to administrative error and omissions in the solicitation documents. The original RFP, posted November 23, 2020, with a January 11, 2021 response deadline, is no longer valid. All interested suppliers must monitor the Georgia Procurement Registry for the reposted solicitation with revised bid materials and requirements to be eligible for award consideration. Responses submitted under the cancelled solicitation will remain closed until a Notice of Intent to Award is issued for the subsequent rebid.

The scope covers case management systems to support Drug Court Divisions and Mental Health Court Divisions (collectively Accountability Courts) administered through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), which currently manages two case management systems as mandated by O.C.G.A. 15-1-15(a)(4)(E). The procurement is authorized under the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.) and contemplates one or more statewide contracts with one or more qualified suppliers.
