About this opportunity

The College requires vendors to have a minimum of five years' experience providing similar services and to serve as prime contractors. All work product becomes work-for-hire property of the College. The final deliverable must be a print-ready hardcover publication of 10 inches by 10 inches, 100–125 double-sided pages, with full-color matte layflat scuff-resistant lamination on 100-pound gloss white stock, including numbered pages, table of contents, foreword, and captioned photos documenting the institution's founding, growth, and impact. The project budget is $50,000.00 as a firm fixed fee. Monthly progress invoices are payable within 30 days, with a fiscal year deadline of July 20 for all services performed on or before June 30.

Evaluation is weighted on a 100-point scale: Experience and Qualifications (25 points), Cost (30 points), Project Approach and Management (30 points), and References (15 points). Cost points are allocated comparatively, with the lowest bidder receiving full cost points; bidders exceeding 200 percent of the lowest proposal receive no cost points.
