The vendor must maintain general commercial liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence ($2 million aggregate), workers' compensation insurance, and auto liability of $1 million per occurrence, and must pay prevailing wages under Illinois law. Subcontracting is not permitted. The State reserves the right to conduct background checks on personnel and may terminate for cause with written notice or for convenience with 30 days' notice.
