Destination with shipping and handling charges prepaid, and vendors must provide bulk discount information, delivery timeframes, website addresses, local delivery availability, return and exchange policies, and embroidery service pricing, with mandatory discounts from posted retail prices required and zero percent discounts ineligible for award.
