There are no identified set-asides or disadvantaged enterprise restrictions specified in the procurement documents. However, all respondents must comply with federal and state requirements, including Title VI non-discrimination provisions, equal employment opportunity standards, and drug-free workplace certifications regardless of firm size. The selected firm must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, including commercial general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence with $2,000,000 aggregate, professional liability insurance of $1,000,000, automobile liability of $1,000,000, and workers' compensation insurance as required by Tennessee law.
