Sealed bid proposals must be submitted to the Bryan County Public Works Office, located at 290 Fort McAllister Road, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324, between 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, prior to the bid opening scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the same location, providing prospective bidders the opportunity to review project specifications and site conditions. Bid documents are available upon request from Matt Montanye, Director of Public Works, at mmontanye@bryancountyga.gov. Bids must be accompanied by either a Bid Bond or certified cashier's check equal to 10% of the base bid amount, and the successful contractor will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, accompanied by a Power of Attorney. Bidders retain the right to withdraw proposals within sixty calendar days from the date of opening.

The solicitation document does not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or preference programs that would limit bidder eligibility based on organizational type or status. No incumbent vendors or existing contractors are identified in the available procurement materials. The County explicitly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including those deemed nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional, as well as any bidder considered unqualified or of doubtful financial ability. Specific contract award values or budget ranges are not disclosed in the invitation to bid documentation provided.
