This solicitation has no small business set-aside and represents an estimated contract value of $41 million with a base performance period from April 15, 2026, through March 31, 2027, plus four one-year option periods extending through March 31, 2031. No current incumbent contractor is identified in the solicitation materials. Key numerical details include annual inspections of a 25,000-gallon clear well tank and a 300,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, one-time comprehensive inspection of the elevated storage tower during the base year compliant with AWWA standards, and emergency repair services with a required two-hour response time and 24/7 availability on federal holidays.
