The project will be executed in multiple phases, potentially three, with design deliverables scheduled at 35 percent schematic design (60 days after NTP), 65 percent construction drawings (60 days after VA review), and 100 percent final design (60 days after VA review). Performance and payment bonds are required within 10 days of award, with a bid guarantee of 20 percent of bid price or $3 million, whichever is less, and all work is to be performed at the Jackson, Mississippi location.
