Performance period is 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, anticipated August 3, 2026.

The estimated budget ranges from $5 million to $10 million. Solicitation documents, including detailed specifications and drawings, were posted April 28, 2026. Amendments 1 and 2 were issued May 12 and May 14, 2026, respectively; Amendment 2 adds FAR clause 52.222-90 addressing DEI discrimination compliance. Performance and payment bonds are required upon award. A mandatory pre-award site visit occurred May 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Evaluation is past performance–price tradeoff with past performance rated significantly more important. Offerors must demonstrate three recent hospital construction projects in occupied spaces within the past five years. NAICS 237110; size standard $45 million.
