About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 2 is soliciting sealed bids for clinic renovations at the Batavia, NY VA Medical Center, with bids due May 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. Bid guarantee of at least 20 percent of proposal price (not to exceed $3,000,000) is required, along with performance and payment bonds and proof of an Experience Modification Rate of 1.0 or less. All employees must complete OSHA 10-hour training; site superintendent and foremen must complete OSHA 30-hour training. A pre-bid site visit was held April 23, 2026; written questions were due May 1, 2026. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates apply. PSC code is Y1AA.
