No incumbent contractor or current vendor information is identified in this presolicitation notice. The estimated project value ranges between $250,000 and $500,000, representing a moderate-scale construction project. While specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in the presolicitation notice, standard federal construction contracting practices will likely apply, including technical qualifications, past performance, and pricing considerations.
