The procurement carries no set-aside; however, SDVOSB and VOSB are encouraged to submit with supporting documentation.
The space required is 11,886 to 12,000 rentable ABOA square feet with a minimum of 100 parking spaces in an existing building that has undergone modernization or adaptive reuse with modern conveniences, ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2026. All proposals must be submitted via email to Lease Contracting Officer Javier Correa-Ochoa at javier.correaochoa@va.gov. The contracting office is located at 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, Florida 33125. NAICS code is 531120; PSC is X1DB.
