My name is A Realtor in the .  I am emailing regarding the RLP for a Veterans center in Savannah GA.

I did want to seek further clarification on how and when the proposals will be reviewed and selected?

I am working closely with a local Realtor and we have located a few properties that meet the criteria.  However since this is a national request each property owner/agent has stated that there are others that have also inquired about the space for the same purpose.

Is this a situation where there will be a bidding war between proposals?

I would greatly appreciate your clarity of the process .

Thank you in advance.  Government Response:
