About this opportunity

The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management, on behalf of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, seeks to award twelve indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services worldwide. The solicitation requires offerors to be licensed professional architect/engineer firm-led teams able to perform master planning, design, construction documents, and construction administration for new embassy and consulate projects globally valued between $5 million and $500 million. Proposals are due by March 26, 2024 and will be evaluated in three stages, with the highest ranked firms in Stage 1 advancing to interviews and presentations in Stage 2, and the most qualified receiving price proposal solicitations in Stage 3.
