About this opportunity
This Special Notice from the Defense Health Agency announces the justification for awarding a noncompetitive task order under the Workforce 3.0 multiple award contract. The task order will be awarded to Boston Consulting Group, Federal as a sole source. The task order is a logical follow-on to the successful completion of the linked Design-to-Outcome Task Order Year 2 (DTO2) and Core Task Order Year 2 (CTO2), which were the base design and transformation efforts for the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management System (PEO DHMS) and the Federal Electronic Healthcare Record Modernization (FEHRM).
The purpose of this Special Notice is to support the award of the DTO Year 3 task order, which will build upon and continue the ongoing transformation efforts for PEO DHMS and FEHRM. The notice does not contain any specific details on required products or services, response dates, pricing terms, or set asides. It is focused solely on justifying the noncompetitive award of the follow-on task order to Boston Consulting Group, Federal. There are no eligibility criteria or application instructions provided, as this is a sole source award.
Notice text
This justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity supports award of a noncompetitive task order, under the multiple award contract referred to as Workforce 3.0, to Boston Consulting Group, Federal, in support of the logical follow-on resulting from the successful completion of the linked Design-to-Outcome Task Order Year 2 (DTO2) and Core Task Order Year 2 (CTO2). DTO1, the original order, was the base design, agreed upon to start transforming Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management System (PEO DHMS), its subordinate program offices and the Federal Electronic Healthcare Record Modernization (FEHRM). The DTO Year 3 task order builds upon and is the logical follow on to DTO2.
