About this opportunity
This Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice from the Defense Health Agency supports awarding a noncompetitive task order to Boston Consulting Group Federal to provide program management, vendor management, innovation management, product management, architecture and requirements management, data management, cybersecurity management, testing management, deployment management, infrastructure and cloud management, IT services management, and business operations services to transform the Program Executive Office - Defense Healthcare Management Systems into a world class technology organization. The justification cites that Boston Consulting Group Federal designed the successful approach for the previous task order, making this follow-on task order for the period of August 2023 to June 2024, with an estimated total value of , a logical choice for efficiency and continuing progression toward transformation goals.
Notice text
This justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity supports award of a noncompetitive task order, under the multiple award contract referred to as Workforce 3.0, to Boston Consulting Group, Federal, in support of the logical follow-on resulting from the successful completion of the linked Design-to-Outcome Task Order Year 1 (DTO1) and Core Task Order Year 1 (CTO1). DTO1, the original order, was the base design, agreed upon to start transforming Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management System (PEO DHMS), its subordinate program offices and the Federal Electronic Healthcare Record Modernization (FEHRM). The DTO Year 2 task order builds upon and is the logical follow on to the competitively awarded DTO1. It is during the DTO year 2 task order that the contractor-specific approach, objectives, outcomes, and measures are negotiated and agreed upon with the Government. Collectively, this is the design for CTO Year 2 to make progress against achieving the overarching outcomes of WF3.
Awarded contract HT003822D0001 to unknown vendor for unknown amount on 2023-08-04.
