About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command seeks a Crestron system upgrade at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, with proposals due July 20, 2026, and questions due July 15. This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 334419, with a 750-employee size standard.
The procurement requires two 4K large-venue projectors with installation and one Audio/Video over IP system refresh centered on Crestron DM-NVX-384 platform encoder/decoder units. Specific deliverables include replacing 20 Crestron DM-NVX-E30 video encoders with DM-NVX-384 units supporting 4K with HDMI and USB-C inputs; replacing eight DM-NVX-350 encoder/decoder units with new decoder units capable of native multi-window processing supporting at least twelve simultaneous sources across two projectors; replacing the existing network switch with a POE++ model; and replacing three Crestron TSW-1060 touch panels with larger HD models such as Crestron TS-1080. Projectors must deliver at least 16,500 lumens brightness, support keystone correction for a 9.58-degree angled wall, and include VGA, SVGA, HDMI, DI-D, USB-C, and IP inputs without wireless capability. Work is performed at 77th Street North, Building 500, Room 127, Malmstrom AFB, Montana 59405. Delivery is required within 120 calendar days of award. All line items are firm fixed price with Item Unique Identification required.
The government will evaluate the three lowest-priced quotes for technical acceptability, past performance, and integration methodology aligned to the Statement of Objectives, with non-price evaluation factors combined being significantly more important than price. Offerors must demonstrate relevant AV system upgrade experience within the past three years. A minimum 5-year warranty is required. Payment routes through Wide Area WorkFlow using Invoice 2in1 to DoDAAC F87700 and F2W0A1.
