The contractor must maintain a primary business location within 25 miles of the Lemont, Illinois facility to support regular onsite quoting and measurement. The Statement of Work, dated September 15, 2026, requires supply of roller shades in solid color, dual color, and room darkening options from specified manufacturers including Mermet, Sheerweave, and Hunter Douglas, with motorized equipment featuring Somfy or equivalent drive motors and R16 minimum clutches. All shades must meet NFPA 701 fire classification and ASTM bacterial and fungal standards, with custom shades manufactured to 1/8 inch tolerance.
