Window Shade Price List 2026.xlsx.xlsx

This is a Window Shade Price List for a Base Year and two Option Years (2026) serving as Appendix C to a federal procurement for window treatments at Argonne National Laboratory. The price list establishes unit pricing for nine distinct window shade and blind product lines, each available in multiple height and width configurations ranging from 36" to 96" in both dimensions. The products include Mermet #7503 "E" Screen Shades with Silver Fascias (3% openness, Charcoal/Grey), Mermet #7503 with sealed hems and stainless steel bead chain, SheerWeave #2703 Shades (3% openness, Oyster/Charcoal), Mesh Sun Control Shades (1% openness, Chalk Soft Grey), SheerWeave #4400 (3% openness, Alabaster), SheerWeave 7000 Room Darkening Shade (Graphite), Hunter Douglas 1" Aluminum Mini Blinds (White), SheerWeave #2701 (1% openness, Oyster/Charcoal), and Mermet #7501 "E" Screen Shades (1% openness, Charcoal/Grey). Each product line includes pricing for the shade itself, fascia housing, and installation charges scaled by quantity (1–2 windows through 7 windows).

Sizes falling between the provided width increments are rounded up to the next size on the list. The identical product offerings and pricing structure are repeated across the Base Year, Option Year 1, and Option Year 2 periods, indicating fixed pricing throughout the contract term. Contractors submitting proposals must complete this price list as part of their response to solicitation 6-S176-Q-00448-00, with a submission deadline of 5:00 PM CDT on September 23, 2026. This blanket purchase agreement is based on Argonne's good faith estimate of $80,000 annually in window treatment purchases, though no minimum purchase quantities are guaranteed.
