Payment will be made using Government Purchase Card for purchases up to $25,000, with monthly invoice submissions, and the contractor must be certified by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to support National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit compliance and hazardous waste disposal requirements.
