The government requires 140 automobile parking spaces and a secured wareyard area of 10,000 square feet. While specific budget details are not explicitly stated, the solicitation indicates a comprehensive approach to lease evaluation that includes multiple financial and operational considerations. The warehouse must be handicap accessible and comply with specific VA security requirements, including Facility Security Level II standards.
