About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 is seeking moving services for the Muskogee VAMC and related facilities through solicitation 36C25925Q0087. The contract requires a contractor to provide comprehensive moving services, including personnel, equipment, vehicles, and supervision for relocating household and office goods. Contractors will be responsible for executing moves with 2-4 personnel, utilizing proper moving equipment and adhering to safety practices. The evaluation criteria will be based solely on price, with offerors required to submit proposals by November 27, 2024. Key contract specifications include an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) structure with a base period and potential for five additional one-year option periods.
The solicitation is specifically set aside for certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) under NAICS code 484210 for used household and office goods moving. The contract has a minimum guaranteed volume of 200 labor hours and a maximum potential volume of 6,800 labor hours. Performance will occur at the Muskogee VA Medical Center and associated facilities, with the contractor expected to handle a variety of moving requirements as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the labor hour range suggests a substantial but flexible service contract. The contract's five-year potential duration (base plus options) provides significant opportunity for the selected SDVOSB to establish a long-term relationship with the Veterans Health Administration.
