About this opportunity

United States Special Operations Command is preparing to procure upgrades to its Decision Support Center network and audio-visual systems at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, with white papers due July 17, 2026, and no anticipated set-aside.

Place of performance is MacDill AFB, with work during normal core hours 0700–1600, though non-traditional hours (1700–0700) and weekend work may be required to accommodate scheduled events.

The scope includes five task categories: Room 110 replacement of DVLED video wall processors, audio station upgrades, network switches, lighting controller, digital sound processor, content management system lifecycle replacement, Crestron control code updates, removal and replacement of 75 seat risers with ADA-compliant aluminum risers, and re-carpeting; Room 114 integration into centralized video distribution with installation of government-furnished ThinkLogical equipment; Room 115 installation of new Silicone Core DVLED display (approximately 4.5 feet by 23 feet) using government-owned LED panels configured with three equal-sized 16:9 aspect ratio pixel spaces with no greater than 1.2-pixel pitch; Room 136 installation of three ThinkLogical ICT Chassis; and painting of damaged areas throughout the facility.

All personnel performing DSC network and audio-visual system tasks must hold TS/SCI clearance with access to NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS systems; ancillary personnel such as carpet installers do not require Top Secret clearance. Contractors must maintain current professional certifications to preserve manufacturers' warranties and provide complete, uncompiled Crestron control code and system diagrams upon project completion.

An Industry Day was held July 9, 2026. White papers must not exceed ten pages, single-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman or Calibri font, with one-inch margins, and must detail projection capabilities experience, specific equipment and processes, estimated completion schedule, and Rough Order of Magnitude price including all equipment and installation costs. Contact Regina Farrell (regina.farrell@socom.mil) or Haley McCabe (haley.k.mccabe.civ@socom.mil).
