Responses will not entitle organizations to payment of direct or indirect costs, and the Government has no obligation to acknowledge receipt of submissions or provide feedback. This announcement is issued by the United States Special Operations Command, a Defense agency within the Department of Defense.
USASOC seeks a single strategic partner through this Special Notice to plan, coordinate, and execute an industry and demonstration day event, with the partnership to be formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement rather than a traditional contract. The event must be located within 20 miles of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, with any deviations from this geographic requirement requiring pre-approval from USASOC. While specific eligibility criteria are not fully detailed in the provided text, the notice indicates that any interested organization or association may respond, and submitted information will form the basis for selecting the strategic partner. This one-time partnership represents an opportunity for qualified organizations to collaborate directly with USASOC on a significant industry engagement initiative.
