About this opportunity

The United States Secret Service is conducting a 12-month Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeking innovative technology solutions across seven strategic focus areas including improving decision-making workflows, streamlining business processes, enhancing cybersecurity, digital scanning technology, situational awareness tools, physical security capabilities, and high-resolution banknote processing systems. Only US-based companies are eligible to participate, with contractors required to be US citizens who can obtain favorable Suitability Assessment and must be registered in SAM. Submissions must be presented as 5-minute unclassified videos uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo, accompanied by supporting documentation including solution title, company name, and capability statement. The Secret Service will evaluate submissions within 10 business days based on three criteria: technical merit, business viability, and pricing. The BAA remains open until January 31, 2026, with multiple batch submission dates scheduled throughout the announcement period, including the most recent amendment reopening Focus Area 3 with a deadline of August 15, 2025.

This opportunity has no set-aside designation and is open to both traditional and nontraditional companies of all sizes. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the announcement. The BAA establishes no predetermined funding ceiling, though individual contract awards may have limitations based on the specific nature and scope of each solution. Multiple contract pathways are available including research, development, prototyping, test and evaluation, procurement for experimental purposes, and production, with awards potentially made under both FAR and non-FAR authorities. Organizations may submit unlimited proposals across their portfolio of relevant solutions, with the government retaining the right to select some, all, or none of the submissions. Contract terms including payment structures, intellectual property rights, schedules, and performance milestones will be fully negotiable with selected vendors.
