The requirement is for supply and installation of Eaton 93PM UPS systems configured for 208VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz operation with three 20 KW modules each, internal maintenance bypass capability, Eaton Remote Monitoring Devices, and lithium-ion battery strings providing at least 15-minute runtime at each location. The contractor must remove and dispose of existing UPS units, battery cabinets, and associated debris on a 1:1 replacement basis. Work must be completed within 180 days of notice to proceed, performed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. The contractor shall provide a manufacturer's warranty on parts and one-year warranty on workmanship (two years if LG Cabinets are used), designate a Project Manager and Onsite Manager, and deliver eight hours of training per location.
The estimated total price range is $472,000 to $524,000 over the entire performance period from July 1, 2026 through March 24, 2027. The NAICS code is 335910, Battery Manufacturing. Quotations must be submitted in two volumes: a technical quote (maximum 10 pages in Adobe PDF format) addressing project schedule, methodology, and timeline, and a business/price quote with cost breakdowns by labor, equipment, supplies, overhead, and profit. Evaluation weighs non-price factors, primarily project schedule, more heavily than price. The contracting officer is Richard Barzaghi. All submissions are required through FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net/Fedconnect/.
