About this opportunity

The U.S. Department of State Embassy in Brasilia is seeking an occupational health services provider for locally engaged staff across multiple mission locations in Brazil. The contractor will be responsible for managing a comprehensive occupational health program, including pre-employment examinations, periodic health assessments, driver assessments, return-to-work evaluations, exit medical examinations, and occupational health certificate issuance. A key requirement is the ability to transmit health and safety events to Brazil's eSocial system. The procurement will be conducted as an unrestricted Request for Quotations (RFQ), with the government intending to award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. The contract will cover services at multiple U.S. Mission locations including the Embassy in Brasilia and consulates in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife, Porto Alegre, and offices in Belo Horizonte, Manaus, Belem, and Salvador. The initial contract period is 12 months, with four additional one-year option periods available for potential extension. There is no specific set-aside designation for this procurement, making it open to all qualified providers. While a specific award value is not explicitly stated, the contract will be structured with a fixed monthly price for satisfactorily performed standard services. Bidders must submit pricing for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) covering the various medical services required, with the performance location being primarily in Brazil's Federal District and other major metropolitan areas where U.S. Mission facilities are located.
